I purchased the "Perfect Home Gym" at the manufacturers site. This includes the Pushup, Ab Straps, Pullup, Dip Bar.
I love it.
Everything went together perfectly. I am still a little nervous about the 2 long screws on each side of the top piece holding my weight (220 Lbs). What I intend to do is to place a 3rd screw to make a triangle formation in the upper brackets for strength in case I decide to cheat on my pullups for some negative reps.
This brings me to a point I wanted to make ... "Drill" the pilot holes or take a chance on snapping screws. There I said it. Some reviewers would have you to believe that this is junk and it is not. I will drill out a new hole on each upper bracket, counter sink the metal so the head of the screw is flush and then I will feel extra secure (220 Lbs and free to swing a little).
They make the handles better now so that's why I bought mine at the manufacturers site. Also I cannot say enough about the Dip Bar which is why I bought the "Perfect Home Gym" with the Dip Bar attachment. I hooked it up which requires patience the first couple of times you attach and remove ... then I slowly placed all my weight onto the width adjustable dip bars :) :) :). It was solid! Then I did a set of triceps (legs behind) and then a set of chest (feet in front of you) and it felt very solid.
The Ab Straps work great too and are solid. Will they fall apart with use ? Time will tell, but if they do I have my eyes on a super high quality set of Harbinger Ab Straps on Amazon for a replacement.
Overall, I am very pleased with this and intend to buy the entire kit (Perfect Home Gym) for gifts to family members, this and also the Breville Blender 800 for protein smoothies at smrtech if he has any left :)

I bought this product direct from "Perfect Pullup" and have had it for several months. It is the best home gym pullup bar that I have owned. The instructions were simple and the installation is a snap for anyone with minimal skills. If you can measure and drill or drive screws you are set. I especially like the option of doing horizontal pullups, its great for adding variety. I also like the abdominal straps. The whole set-up is very sturdy and fits nicely into my door jamb. All in all, a very very good product. I think the Amazon price is better than the direct price.

Really helps, since I have never been able to do a pull up, within weeks of following the 21 day planner, I can see and feel results. I would definitely reccommend it to anyone who's trying to get a stronger upper body.

I must admit I was hoping this thing would be well made. After reading other reviews that said the quality was bad I almost didn't buy one. I am glad I did. I was impressed with all of it. From the Hardware & bar to the handles. I didn't even predrill the screw holes and it was fine, although I do have a construction background. About 2-3 weeks after receiving it I was at walmart and I bought the ab straps, now these were not up to par Ive seen better. Overall in my opinion a good buy!

I love this product. I use it for pullups and with the ab straps for an ab workout. It is out of the way and works my muscles like nothing else. Definitely would recommend this product. It is kind of pricey and I did wait for a sale prior to purchasing, but it was worth the wait.
